- Customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project, which is linked to well defined deliverables. (Outcome Based)
- For any changes in scope, a predefined fixed hourly rate agreed at the initial stage of the project is paid. This model is best used when the scope of the work is clear, and typically repetitive.
