  • The customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for complete projects or milestones defined deliverables based on targeted scope of work.
  • Service is billed per time and material especially for longer term project where the certainty of end goal or detailed scope of work may not be effectively or efficiently defined.
  • The customer pays a fixed hourly rate. Once the entire scope of work can be confidently frozen, more deterministic, the time and material projects get converted to the fixed price model.
